The Sleep Mastery Programme is structured in a simple accessible way with clear step by step instructions.

You'll be sent comprehensive questionnaires and a 7 day diary to complete

Step 4

You'll be sent a log in to start the 10 week Sleep Mastery Programme.

Step 2

You'll have a one to one session with Anandi to deepen the enquiry from your questionnaires and diary.

Step 5

Each week you'll have access to new lessons and homework

Step 3

Anandi will create your individual report based on the findings from the one to one.

Step 6

You'll have a weekly coaching call appointment with Anandi to keep you on track

Dr Lewis will be assisting with the Body principle of the Sleepology process.

 

Dr Lewis has over 30 years experience as a research scientist and commissioning editor for several highly cited scientific journals. Sian holds a PhD and MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and is knowledgeable in the fields of pharmacology, neuroscience and gut health.
